The Atlanta Dream announced on April 8 a new four-year partnership with Albert, a personal financial assistant app, which will become the team’s official jersey patch partner starting with the 2026 Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) season.
This agreement is described as one of the most significant investments in the franchise’s history and reflects both organizations’ commitment to supporting fans and athletes in managing their finances. The partnership comes as Albert expands its presence within the WNBA, also working with teams such as the Dallas Wings and Los Angeles Sparks.
Beyond branding, the collaboration aims to have an impact off the court by supporting community initiatives focused on financial empowerment, education, and access throughout Atlanta. Morgan Shaw Parker, president and chief operating officer of the Atlanta Dream, said: “This is a pivotal moment for women’s sports, and Albert is investing at exactly the right time. We’re intentional about partnering with organizations that share our values: a belief in this league’s growth, an investment in Atlanta, and a commitment to making a real impact in the community. This partnership is about building something bigger together.”
Yinon Ravid, CEO and founder of Albert, said: “It’s easy to put a logo on a jersey. We partnered with the Dream because we wanted to do more than that. Over the next four years, we’re excited to bring financial tools and community impact to Atlanta, and to help fans get ahead with their money. This is our third WNBA jersey patch because we believe in the league, what it stands for, and the people it reaches. We’re thrilled to partner with the Dream and build something meaningful together.”
The Atlanta Dream continues its role as an important team within women’s basketball according to its official website. The organization supports educational efforts through initiatives like backpack drives for students according to its official website.
The team also focuses on empowering girls through basketball education programs and leadership development according to its official website. Ownership partners include Larry Gottesdiener, Suzanne Abair and Renee Montgomery according to its official website, further emphasizing local engagement across Atlanta’s Southeast region according to its official website.
Looking forward, both organizations say they will invest in joint efforts designed not only for athletic achievement but also for uplifting fans through shared values around community involvement.
