Former McIntosh High School standout Natasha Fife took the field with the Converse Valkyries on Wednesday, March 11, at 3 p.m., falling 14-1 in their NCAA Division II softball contest versus the North Greenville Crusaders.

The matchup took place at Tyger River Park and marked the first meeting between the two teams this season.

During the game, Fife pitched 1.1 innings, allowing two earned runs and striking out one batter.

Converse is set to play its next game versus the North Greenville Crusaders at 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, back at Tyger River Park.
