The Atlanta Falcons have listed wide receiver Drake London as questionable for their upcoming game against the Arizona Cardinals. London, who has missed the last four games due to a PCL sprain in his knee, participated on a limited basis in practice earlier this week but did not take part in Friday’s session.

London addressed reporters Thursday and said, “I want to get back out there quick as possible. But everything is going smoothly. I’ve been making good strides and leaps. That’s all I can ask for.” He also noted he is “trending in the right direction” toward playing Sunday.

Head coach Raheem Morris told reporters Friday that he expects London to be available for Sunday’s matchup.

Defensive lineman Brandon Dorlus (illness/shoulder) and edge rusher James Pearce Jr. (foot) were also listed as questionable after missing Friday’s practice. Pearce was a late addition to the injury report, but Morris indicated he anticipates Pearce will play, stating this week is one of the “healthiest weeks” the team has experienced recently.

Pearce leads all rookies and Falcons players with eight sacks this season, including two in last week’s game against Tampa Bay. His eight sacks are the most by a Falcons rookie since individual sacks became an official statistic in 1982. According to team records, Claude Humphreys holds the rookie record with 11.5 sacks. Pearce has registered at least one sack in six consecutive games, tying Jevon Kearse’s 1999 mark for the second-longest streak by an NFL rookie since official records began.

Cornerback Mike Hughes (ankle) and wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge (shoulder) have been ruled out for Sunday’s contest. Hughes’ absence may provide more opportunities for undrafted rookie Cobee Bryant.

Other players on Friday’s injury report included several who participated fully or on a limited basis due to illness or non-injury-related rest.
