On Friday, April 18, former Starr’s Mill High School standout Paige Andrews’ current college team, the Wheaton Thunder, lost 18-6 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Illinois Wesleyan Titans.
The game took place at Inspiration Field. This was their second matchup against the Titans this season.
The Thunder’s next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 24 at 3 p.m. at Ruth Leedy Field against North Central Cardinals.
The Atlanta Falcons have signed veteran kicker Nick Folk after using multiple kickers last season. Folk brings extensive experience and a strong track record in field goal accuracy.
The Atlanta Falcons have re-signed defensive tackle LaCale London following his contributions last season. London recorded five sacks and started five games for Atlanta in 2025. The team competes in the NFC South division and has reached two Super Bowls.
The Atlanta Falcons have signed defensive end Cameron Thomas as a free agent. Thomas reunites with head coach Kevin Stefanski after previously working together with the Cleveland Browns.
