On Thursday, April 3, former Starr’s Mill High School standout Paige Andrews’ current college team, the Wheaton Thunder, won 7-3 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Carthage Firebirds.
The game took place at Ruth Leedy Field. This was their first matchup against the Firebirds this season.
The Thunder’s next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 3 at 5 p.m. at Ruth Leedy Field against Carthage Firebirds.
The Atlanta Falcons have signed veteran kicker Nick Folk after using multiple kickers last season. Folk brings extensive experience and a strong track record in field goal accuracy.
The Atlanta Falcons have re-signed defensive tackle LaCale London following his contributions last season. London recorded five sacks and started five games for Atlanta in 2025. The team competes in the NFC South division and has reached two Super Bowls.
The Atlanta Falcons have signed defensive end Cameron Thomas as a free agent. Thomas reunites with head coach Kevin Stefanski after previously working together with the Cleveland Browns.
