On Sunday, April 6, former North Clayton High School standout Rodney Evans II’s current college team, the Savannah State Tigers, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Tuskegee Golden Tigers.

The game took place at Tiger Field. This was their third matchup against the Golden Tigers this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 12 p.m. at Gameday Field against LeMoyne-Owen Magicians.
