Sandy Creek High leads Fayette County for American Indian or Alaska Native enrollment in 2024-25

Reports from the Georgia Department of Education indicate Sandy Creek High School registered 11 American Indian or Alaska Native students for the 2024-25 school year.

Total enrollment at Sandy Creek High School reached 1,161 for the 2024-25 school year, with American Indian or Alaska Native students representing 1% of the population. This group remains the smallest student demographic on campus.

The campus is part of the Fayette County School District, headquartered in Fayetteville.

Of the 24 schools in the Fayette County School District, Sandy Creek High School had the most American Indian or Alaska Native students enrolled in the 2024-25 school year, totaling 11.

Georgia public schools reported enrollment exceeding 1.7 million students, based on the Georgia Department of Education’s Fiscal Year 2026-1 report.
