The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Robert Franklin, Franklin for Congress, Inc., refunded $500 to Todd Greene on October 29, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Franklin for Congress, Inc. refunded $500 total since May 1.
