The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Nikema Natassha Williams, Nikema for Congress, refunded $2,800 to Merle Chambers on October 13, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Nikema for Congress refunded $4,050 total since May 1.
