Amana Academy issued the following announcement on April 2.
It was a beautiful day to Escape the Island! To celebrate the hard work students have put in over the last month with their Study Island destinations, they were treated to carnival games, relay races, limbo contests, a surprisingly popular painting station, and more! Even the teachers got in on the fun, showing their prowess with corn hole and jumping rope. Our Amana Eagle mascot even made an appearance. Students who completed all of their destinations in Study Island got to visit the Kona Ice truck for a special treat. It was a great way to round out the week and kick off Spring Break! Relax, have fun and stay safe, Amana!
