Investigators are seeking leads in several vehicle break-ins reported in the area of Highway 279 and Helmer Road Friday, May 20, 2022. These incidents occurred between 3:00am and 5:00am. The offender moved through the area on a bicycle possibly wearing a dark hoodie with a red or orange undershirt. The bicycle appears to be a light color BMX style bike. The male was also wearing a backpack. Several of the vehicles targeted were unlocked, but windows were broken on locked vehicles to gain entry.
