Spalding investigators and deputies, are attempting to locate a missing person. Luis Alberto Long is a 48 year old male. He was last seen on July 12th, in the area of Birman Drive. Mr. Long suffers from mental health challenges and has a friendly personality. He was last seen wearing all black clothing with a black style mask. He is traveling on foot.
