During the investigation, officers learned that Arthur Hurst was last seen on August 11, 2022, at 3:40 P.M., walking south on Jonesboro Road, Jonesboro, GA 30236. Hurst suffers from dementia.
Arthur Hurst is described as a 79-year-old black male, 5’11” in height, weighs 165 pounds, white hair, and brown eyes. Hurst was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and black sandals with black socks.
