On August 11, 2022, Clayton County Police Officers responded to the intersection of Tara Blvd / Parkwood Way, Jonesboro, GA 30236 in reference to a missing person call. During the investigation, officers learned that Shelby Lynn was last seen on August 7, 2022, at 11:00 A.M., at the 1000 block of Bright Street, Jonesboro, GA 30236. Lynn suffers from Bipolar and Schizophrenia disorder.
Shelby Lynn is described as a 39-year-old white female, 5’02” in height, weighs 90 pounds, blonde hair, and green eyes. Lynn has a tattoo of a fairy on her lower back and the name “JOHN” on her left shoulder. Lynn last known clothing description is unknown.
