C.A.G.E. Drug/Weapon Seizure
On 10/18/2022, at approximately 1830 hours, the Clayton County Multi-Jurisdictional Crime Suppression Task Force known as C.A.G.E. conducted an operation at the Chevron located at 6629 Mt. Zion Blvd. During the investigation, multiple persons took flight on foot and were apprehended. The C.A.G.E. Unit ultimately recovered 3 handguns (1 of which was equipped with a selector switch to make the weapon fully automatic), 82gms of Marijuana, 15.87gms of MDMA, and 7 Oxycodone Pills. Two arrests were made and more arrests are anticipated. The investigation is ongoing.
