Media Advisory - Mattie's Call Issued for Darkhai Gilbert
On October 28, 2022, the Clayton County Police Officers responded to a missing person call. During the investigation, officers learned Darkhai Gilbert was dropped off at Anchor Hospital for treatment of multiple mental illnesses. Darkhai Gilbert left the location on foot attempting to walk to his aunt’s house located in the 7200 block of Wiley Court, Riverdale. Darkhai Gilbert was last seen by a family friend walking on October 28, 2022, at 3:00 p.m., in the area of Old Roundtree Road in Riverdale. Darkhai Gilbert does not have his cellphone on him.
Darkhai Gilbert is described as a twenty-five-year-old black male, with black hair, brown eyes, 5’07” in height, and weighs 150 lbs. Darkhai Gilbert was last seen wearing gray pants and a gray Puma hoodie.
Anyone who has contact with Darkhai Gilbert is being asked to notify the Clayton County Police Department at 770-477-3550 or call 911.
