Missing Person - BOLO Issued for Phung To Ly
On November 11, 2022, Clayton County Police Officers responded to the 7300 block of Garnet Drive, Jonesboro, GA in reference to a missing person. During the investigation, officers learned Phung To Ly left for work at November 10, 2022, at 9:15 a.m. Phung To Ly usually returns home around 8 p.m.
Phung To Ly is described as a forty-five-year-old Asian female, with blonde hair, brown eyes, 5’03” in height, and weighs 140 lbs. Phung To Ly was last seen wearing a brown shirt and blue jeans.
