Missing Person – BOLO Issued for Samuel Sands
On November 18, 2022, at 4:40 p.m., Clayton County Police Officers responded to the 6400 block of Cameron Road, Morrow, GA in reference to a missing person. During the investigation, officers learned that Samuel Sands left his residence to attend a doctor’s appointment on November 17, 2022.
Samuel Sands is described as a forty-five-year-old white male, with red hair, blue eyes, 5’10” in height, and weighs 180 lbs. The clothing description is unknown.
