#Update: Media Advisory – Stolen Vehicle with a Kidnapped Elderly Female Still Inside
The subject is described as the black male with all tan/brown clothing and with red/black shoes. The male subject also has a black book bag.
The vehicle was last seen on surveillance cameras at 4:29 in the area of Marietta Street and Means Street, Atlanta, GA.
