Media Advisory - Missing Person/Runaway - Need Help Locating
On December 13, 2022, at 4:02 p.m., Clayton County Police Officers responded to the 10000 block of Mallard Drive, Jonesboro, GA in reference to a missing juvenile. Upon arrival, officers learned R’Kayla Briggs left at 3:39 p.m. through the backdoor without permission with a packed bag. Family members of R'Kayla Briggs stated they believe she is with an adult male. Family members believe R'Kayla Briggs has been planning to leave with this person for some time.
R’Kayla Briggs is described as an eleven-year-old black female, with black, brown eyes, 4’11” in height, and weighs 120 lbs. R’Kayla Briggs was last seen wearing blue jeans, black tights underneath, a gray tank top, and a white/black/gray hoodie.
Information obtained indicated she may be in the Bibb County/Macon area or in route to Texas. Anyone with any information in reference to the whereabouts of R’Kayla Briggs is being asked to contact the Clayton County Police Department at 770-477-3550 or call 911.
