Missing Person/Runaway BOLO Issued for Xavier Libby
On December 14, 2022, at 7:15 a.m., Clayton County Police Officers responded to the 200 block of Tufts Court, Fayetteville, GA in reference to a missing person. During the investigation, officers learned Xavier Libby was last seen at the residence on December 13, 2022, at 8:30 p.m. Xavier Libby left a note that concerned his family members.
Xavier Libby is described as a sixteen-year-old black male, with black hair, brown eyes, 6’04” in height, and weighs 125lbs. Xavier Libby was last seen wearing black pajamas.
