PSA: On December 14, 2022, at approximately 04:27 A.M., a white in color vehicle with approximately 2 to 4 occupants inside were seen on video parking beside a 2021 Dodge Charger black in color unoccupied at the time. Two males got out of the white vehicle and took a picture of the Dodge Charger’s tag. They then broke the passenger window of the Dodge Charger, got inside, started the Charger, and then drove off out of the apartment complex.
