Media Advisory - Mattie's Call Issued for Donald Govan
On February 25, 2023, at 3:15 p.m., Clayton County Police Officers responded to the10000th block of Tara Blvd, Hampton, GA in reference to a missing person. During the investigation, officers learned Donald Govan was last seen on February 20, 2023, at 3:00 a.m. Mr. Govan last spoke with his ex-girlfriend on February 24, 2023 via phone. Mr. Govan has been diagnosed with a mental illness.
Donald Govan is described as a twenty-three-year-old black male, with black hair, brown eyes, 5’06” in height, and weighs 145 lbs. Mr. Govan was last seen wearing a black/red hoodie, black shoes, and a black skull cap.
Anyone with information in reference to the whereabouts of Donald Govan is encouraged to contact the Clayton County Police Department at 770-477-3550 or call 911 immediately.
