Media Advisory - BOLO Issued for Missing Adult
On March 14, 2023 at 4:00 p.m., Clayton County Police Officers responded to 10th block of Upper Riverdale Road, Riverdale, GA in reference to a missing person call. During the investigation, officers learned on March 13, 2023, at 12:30 p.m., Edwin Shields left Southern Regional Hospital after being discharged. Edwin Shields does suffer from a mental illness.
Edwin Shields is described as a fifty-nine-year-old black male, with brown eyes, bald, 6'02" in height, and weighs 165 lbs. The clothing description is unknown at this time.
