Media Advisory - Three Murder Suspects Identified, Two in Custody

On April 2, 2022, at 4:14 p.m., the Clayton County Police Department - Uniform Patrol Division responded to 5400th block of West Fayetteville Road, Atlanta, GA 30349 in reference to a person shot call. The investigation revealed that one of the barbers credited Jaimonnie Watkins-Causey $900 in marijuana. The barber was attempting to get payment for the drugs. Jaimonnie Watkins-Causey, Jamoriyan Keon’tai Eutsey, Rontavius Deon Holt, and 2 unidentified males went to the barbershop to confront the barbers. As a result, the barber was physically assaulted inside of the barbershop and a shoot-out occurred in the parking lot where the barber was shot. Anthony "CHYNA" McClain (barber/son of the barbershop owner) was outside of the location to separate himself from the entire altercation and was shot in the face. Anthony McClain succumbed to his injuries on scene.

Jaimonnie Watsins-Causey was arrested in Florida and extradited on July 16, 2022 back to Clayton County. Rontavius Deon Holt was arrested on March 23, 2023 by the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office. They both were charged with Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Crime.

Jamoriyan Keon’Tai Eutsey is wanted for Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Crime.

The Clayton County Police Department is still requesting the public's assistance in identifying the remaining two suspects.
