The Atlanta Falcons have announced their inactives for the Week 13 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers. Kicker Younghoe Koo, who was dealing with a right hip injury, will be active for the game. Despite being listed as questionable after limited practice on Thursday, he participated fully on Friday.

Head coach Raheem Morris had indicated that the team was optimistic about Koo's status heading into the weekend. The elevation of kicker Riley Patterson from the practice squad was described by Morris as an "emergency" measure. With Koo available, Patterson is inactive.

Starting cornerback Mike Hughes has been ruled out due to a neck injury. Clark Phillips III is expected to start alongside A.J. Terrell in Hughes' absence.

Inside linebackers JD Bertrand and Rashaan Evans are also unavailable for the game. Bertrand missed Week 11 with a concussion but did not receive a specific designation this week despite appearing on the injury report.

The Falcons maintain depth at inside linebacker with Nate Landman and Troy Andersen cleared to play following hamstring and knee injuries, respectively. Additionally, Josh Woods has been elevated from the practice squad to provide further support.
