In PK3, we are learning about acorns in science. Did you know that if an acorn sinks in cold water, you can use it to grow a tree? If it floats, it will not grow! We started by taking a nature walk and collecting a bunch from the playground. Next, our friends took turns making a hypothesis by testing the acorn they picked and graphing the result. Out of all the acorns we collected, only four sank. Next step, we try to grow them!
