On Saturday, the Atlanta Falcons made several roster changes ahead of their Week 16 game against the New York Giants. Wide receiver Chris Blair was signed from the practice squad to the active roster. Additionally, wide receiver Dylan Drummond was elevated from the practice squad, while inside linebacker Rashaan Evans was released from the active roster.

The decision to sign Blair to the active roster came after he had reached the maximum number of three practice squad elevations allowed. He participated in one game this season, playing six special teams snaps during the Falcons' Week 1 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Dylan Drummond's elevation marks his first for this season. Rashaan Evans appeared in two games this year, contributing one defensive and five special teams snaps across a win against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 9 and a loss to the Denver Broncos in Week 11.

None of these players have recorded any statistics beyond snap counts for 2024.

The Falcons will face off against the Giants at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET, with FOX providing live coverage.

In previous weeks, several players were elevated from the practice squad including:

- Week 2: Safety Dane Cruikshank

- Week 4: Offensive lineman Matt Hennessy

- Week 5: Woods and Hennessy
